Cover on every placement.
Every hire comes with 100 days of free replacement from the candidate's start date. Stay an active The Path member through day 100 of that hire and the guarantee extends to a full year. Afterwards, members can replace a departed hire for a flat $1,000 while membership stays active. Without membership, coverage ends at day 100.

How the guarantee works.
The guarantee is counted from the candidate's start date, not the invoice date. Each hire carries its own window, and all fees due must be paid for the guarantee to apply. If the hire does not work out inside the window, we source a replacement at no additional placement fee.
