Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Bridgeway Talentbase platform, operated by BridgeWay Global Staffing, 1565 John Chapman Rd, Irmo, SC 29063. Members also sign a Membership Agreement at first login; where the two differ, the signed Membership Agreement controls.

Membership (The Path) is billed at $199 USD per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Membership begins with an initial minimum commitment of 6 months from activation and converts to month-to-month afterwards. Each time a member hires a candidate through the platform, a new 6-month minimum commitment begins from that hire date. Membership may not be cancelled before the applicable minimum term is complete; after it, cancellation requires 30 days’ notice and takes effect at the end of the applicable billing period. A member who cancels and later resubscribes begins a fresh 6-month minimum commitment. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

Membership is optional: it is not required to preview talent, to open a role, to Connect with a candidate or to hire. Membership extends the replacement guarantee, provides Path Reserve Placement Credits and gives access to member community and resources as set out below.

Path Reserve Placement Credits: a member earns one Placement Credit for every 12 months of continuous active membership. Each credit allows the member to hire one available candidate designated as part of the Path Reserve pool for a flat $999 USD instead of the full hire fee. Unused credits roll over, up to a maximum of 2 held at any time. A member must have completed and paid for at least one full-price hire before redeeming a credit, and membership must be active at the moment of redemption. Redeeming a credit begins a new 12-month earning period. The credit covers BridgeWay's placement fee reduction only — the client remains responsible for the hired candidate's compensation. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, are non-refundable and are forfeited immediately on cancellation of membership. A member who hires from the Path Reserve pool without an available credit pays the standard hire fee of $2,999 USD.

A member may hold up to 3 open Connect requests at any one time. A slot becomes available again each time an interview is completed.

Candidate information — generic avatar, top skills, country, expected salary, intro video and resume — is available after submitting contact details. The recording of BridgeWay's interview with a candidate and the ability to Connect require a one-time Open Role payment of $100 USD for that candidate. The Open Role payment is non-refundable and is credited against the hire fee whenever the client hires, with no expiration.

Candidate profiles, videos and resumes are confidential and provided solely to evaluate candidates for hire. Clients may not copy, download, forward or share candidate materials outside their own hiring team, or contact candidates outside BridgeWay-managed channels.

A BridgeWay recruiter attends every interview arranged through the platform. Clients select 3 times that are genuinely open on the recruiting team's calendar within the next 72 hours; BridgeWay confirms one of them with the candidate and issues the calendar invitation. If none of the times work, BridgeWay will ask for new times.

Hiring a candidate incurs a one-time hire fee of $2,999 USD, regardless of role or seniority tier. Any $100 Open Role payment for that candidate is credited against that fee, making the net amount $2,899 USD. The fee is due at the point of hire and is charged through Stripe. Seniority tiers shown on candidate profiles are descriptive only and do not affect the fee.

Every placement carries a free replacement window of 100 days from that candidate's start date. Each hire carries its own window, and the guarantee requires that all fees due have been paid.

If the client holds an active The Path membership continuously through day 100 of a given hire, that hire's free replacement window extends to one year from the start date. Founding 25 / Pioneer members hold the one-year window on every hire from the start date.

Without an active membership, the free replacement window ends at day 100 and no paid replacement is available once it lapses.

After the one-year window has passed, an active member may purchase a replacement search for a departed hire in the same or a substantially similar role for a flat $1,000 USD, for as long as membership remains active.

All amounts are in USD and processed by Stripe. BridgeWay does not store card details. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of access to Bridgeway Talentbase until the balance is settled.

Accounts are for the member organisation's hiring team only. Credentials may not be shared with third parties, and the platform may not be used to scrape, resell or redistribute candidate information.

BridgeWay screens and interviews candidates before publication but does not guarantee any particular hiring outcome. Hiring decisions, employment terms and compliance with local employment law remain the member's responsibility.
