Longer replacement guarantee
Each hire includes a 6-month replacement guarantee with unlimited replacements. After it expires, one further replacement search is $500 while your membership stays active.

How the math works.
The $100 Open Role fee unlocks one candidate. Without a membership it is credited toward your hire fee. With The Path, the hire fee is simply the flat member price.
