Every hire starts with 100 free replacement days. Stay an active member through day 100 of a hire and that hire's guarantee extends to a full year — then $1,000 flat for a replacement afterwards.
Path Reserve Placement Credits
Path Members earn one Path Reserve Placement Credit every 12 months. Each credit allows you to hire one available candidate from the Path Reserve for only $999. Unused credits can roll over, and members may hold up to two credits at a time.

A private Slack community of owners building global teams, direct access to the Bridgeway team, live workshops, AI training, guest experts, and a library of templates, scorecards and onboarding plans.
