Not ready? You can open roles, connect and hire without a membership. The hire fee is $2,899 net after your Open Role credit, with a 100-day guarantee.
Replacement guarantee.
Every hire — member or not — comes with 100 days of free replacement from that hire's start date. Stay an active The Path member through day 100 of a hire and that hire's guarantee extends to a full year of free replacements. After the year, members can replace a departed hire in the same or a substantially similar role for a flat $1,000 while membership stays active. Without membership, coverage ends at day 100 and there is no paid replacement afterwards.
