Signals real hiring intent. Unlocks that candidate's full profile — resume and intro video — and the ability to Connect. Credited toward your hire fee; refunded by our team if none of the candidates are a fit.

Connect
Pick 3 times that are genuinely open on the recruiting team's calendar. They confirm one with the candidate and send the invite. Up to 3 live connects at a time — a slot frees up each time an interview is completed.

Replacement guarantee.
With The Path membership, every placement includes unlimited free replacements if the hire does not work out within 6 months of their start date — Each hire has its own window, tracked live on your dashboard. After it closes, a further replacement search costs $500 while your membership stays active. Without membership, the guarantee runs 100 days and there is no paid replacement afterwards.
